We use a number of good techniques to achieve an accessible and useable website.
The website has been coded to w3c guidelines and therefore is classed as valid html (indicated by the logo at the bottom of each page). You will always find clear text, with alt tags used for appropriate images.
When we link to an external website, this is indicated in the title of the link. When we link to a pdf document in a new window, then the size is inicated in the text. We have also used a series of 'common sense' techniques in the development of the site, including using the logo to navigate back to the homepage and consistent navigation throughout the website.
